Advanced Energy replaced all of the building’s interior and exterior lighting, including basement, hallway and all common area. Installing new light fixture and energy efficient bulbs allowed our customer to enjoy a better looking building and know that they are saving KWH annually.
Energy efficiency was significantly improved due to comprehensive Lighting Measures. Major cost savings in the project’s operations went straight to the bottom line. Excellent technical assistance provided through Con Edison Energy Upgrade Program, making it easy to incorporate green measures into the renovation.
